An older version of this page said Honey Money was licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/661/0277 and operated by SilverDeer B.V. That licence expired on 04.06.2026, and the casino now shows a different licence and a different company. We rewrote the page from the operator’s footer, its terms and the regulator’s validator.

The mismatch in the last row matters: the licence is from Anjouan, but the terms still send disputes to the courts of Curaçao. If you ever have a serious dispute, expect to spend time just working out where to file it.
Where the Licence Does Not Apply
The Anjouan validator lists excluded territories: Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA and FATF-blacklisted or sanctioned countries. The casino’s own terms add Austria and Germany. Players from these places have no protection from the regulator, whatever the site lets them do. French-language readers in France in particular should note that the casino does not accept them.
How to Check the Licence Yourself
- Open honeymoney.com and scroll to the footer. Click the Anjouan seal — do not type the validator address yourself.
- Check that the page opens on verification.anjouangamingboard.org and names the same domain you are playing on. A seal on a mirror with another domain is not covered by this licence.
- Compare the company name, e-mail and licence number with the footer: 3-102-937046 SRL, [email protected], ALSI-202509033-FI1.
- Check the status line. VALID today does not mean VALID next month — check again before a large deposit.
What the Licence Requires From the Operator
According to the validator page, the operator must offer an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service once its internal complaints process is exhausted, follow AML rules, provide responsible-gaming tools including self-exclusion and deposit limits, and use certified random number generators. These are obligations on paper; an Anjouan licence gives fewer guarantees than the strictest European regulators, so keep your own records of every deposit, bonus and withdrawal.
A valid licence says who is responsible, not that you will win or be paid quickly. Use the deposit limits and self-exclusion the licence requires, never deposit on credit, and if gambling becomes a problem, contact your national gambling support service.
